After a hit first season, Breaking Bad was renewed for a second season. It was announced in May 2008 by AMC, filmed in July 2008, and then premiered on March 8, 2009.

Both regular viewers and critics love the show for it’s thought provoking, intelligent scenarios – it did not matter than the protagonist was a meth producer and distributor.

The first episode of Season 1 was “Seven Thirty-Seven” which takes off after the drug deal with Tuco from the Season 1 Finale.

So the world gets more complicated for Walter and Jesse, to the point of kidnap and murder.
